And I'm so proud of you and your resolutions. I go to a Y here in Houston and really like it a lot despite the fact that the building is a million years old. I mean, not that a gym can be "ethical" I guess, but the Y seemed the most "ethical" and friendly of the gyms I looked at. I belonged to 24 Hour Fitness for about 2 months and just felt like the Y offered so much more--especially for women. There's even a women's only gym in the Y I go to (that was the selling point)!
